If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must contact Dr. Rudominer within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or you will be generally billed for the time. However, Dr. Rudominer makes every attempt to be flexible with this policy for illnesses and emergencies.

Insurance

All fees are the responsibility of the patient (or his or her parent or legal guardian) Dr. Rudominer does not participate in any insurance plans. However, they will always provide you with a statement for services rendered, which you can submit directly to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

FROM THE GARDEN STATE PARKWAY NORTH OR SOUTH 

Proceed to Exit 145  (280 West). Proceed to Exit 6A, which is Laurel Avenue South. Travel ½ mile until the road forks. Stay to your left, which is the main road (Shrewsbury Drive). Proceed to the second right hand turn past the first traffic light, which is my street, Springbrook Road. Drive 2 ½ windy blocks to 59 Springbrook Road on your right, which is my private home and office.

FROM ROUTE 80 EAST

Stay to your left and the highway merges onto Route 280 East.  Proceed to Exit 6, which is Laurel Avenue. Turn right and drive a ¼ of a mile until the road forks. Take Kennedy Parkway North past the Short Hills Mall.  Proceed through windy Short Hills. When you get to South Orange Avenue, continue straight into Livingston.  The name of the street changes to South Livingston Avenue. Proceed straight past several traffic lights. Continue past Sam’s Clothing store on your right and Northfield Avenue at the traffic light. Keep driving straight past Livingston high school on your left and the Municipal Center Buildings on your right. Proceed straight past the next traffic light with Kings Super Market on your right. Continue straight to the next traffic light, which is East Cedar Street and make a right. A bank will be on your right and CVS in a mini-mall on your left. Continue to the second street on your left which is my street, Springbrook Road.  Proceed 3 ½ windy blocks to number 59 on your left, which is my private home and office.

Old Short Hills Road north past St. Barnabas Hospital. Continue straight and the road forks. Stay to your left on the main road, and it changes its name to East Cedar Street. Many people are not aware of the name change. Proceed straight past the next traffic light (Northfield Avenue) and an Exxon gas station on your right. Drive up a hill and down a hill, then up a second hill and down a second hill. You will see a sign on your right as you proceed down your second hill, which reads East Cedar Street and Livingston Center. Bear left onto East Cedar Street, which is at the bottom of the second hill.  Drive to the third street on your right, which is my street, Springbrook Road.  Proceed 3 ½ windy blocks to number 59 on your left, which is my private home and office.

Proceed through East Hanover and Florham Park. Continue straight past the Short Hills Mall and after the traffic light the name changes to south Orange Avenue. Make a left at the second right hand turn which is Old Short Hills Road. Continue on Old Short Hills Road North past St. Barnabas Hospital. Continue straight and the road forks. Stay to your left on the main road, which changes its name to East Cedar Street. Many people are not aware of this name change. AVOID THIS ROAD FOR THE NEXT YEAR DUE TO ROAD CONSTRUCTION. FIND AN ALTERNATE ROUTE SUCH AS COLUMBIA TURNPIKE OR ROUTE 280 - 5/14/10

Proceed on Route 10 straight past East Hanover to Livingston. Drive halfway away around Eisenhower Parkway circle to continue on Mount Pleasant Avenue, which is also called Route 10.  Continue on Mount Pleasant Avenue past the post office to the light at the town center of Livingston. There is a Starbucks on the corner. Make a right at the light, which is South Livingston Avenue. Proceed to the next traffic light, which is East Cedar Street and turn left. A min-mall and bank will be on your left and a CVS in a mini-mall on your right. Continue to the second street on your left which is my street, Springbrook Road.  Proceed 3 ½ windy blocks to number 59 on your left, which is my private home and office.
